Where do I start?! I’ll start but saying that my experience with Rusty Nuts Garage was AMAZING!!!! I shipped my car from California and was a bit stressed because I no longer had a mechanic until I came across this company! My 2015 Maserati Ghibli was making this weird rattling noise for about a few months that no one could figure out what it was in conjunction of my power steering making a whining sound. I made the call and not only did Chase come and pick the car up on a Sunday but the very next day he called and had figured out exactly what the noise was and was spot on! He was very open and honest and in no way shape or form did he try to rip me off or anything! He sent me pictures of everything that he’d found and had it fixed right up the same night and returned my car back to me the very next day! He was willing to bring it that evening but I insisted that he could wait until the next day so he wouldn’t be out late on a weekday. The service was quick, very well done and affordable. He got my power steering together and my car sounds normal again! Not only did he do an excellent job repairing my car but he brought my car back with a wash and a full tank! Now that’s beyond a 5 star review and top of the line customer service! He also provided me with a quote for my next repairs which I’m already sold on and I’m actually looking forward to getting my car all the way snatched! Yassssssss!!!!! He has a customer for life and I highly recommend Rusty Nuts Garage for any car repairs that you may have! I’m recommending this shop to everyone that I know!

Rusty Nuts responded immediately. Their communication was spot on. Even though I brought them a heck of a problem, they got me up and running perfectly. The communication/quote/payment system was very clear and convenient. I feel like every other mechanic I’ve been to invents random charges and prices. Chase and the Rusty Nuts crew provided detailed quotes and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. I will definitely bring my vehicles there in the future

I bought a 2012 F-250 and was having some issues. Emailed the garage and within 10 minutes I had a response from them and was able to schedule my truck to be looked at.They found the issue and was able to fix someone else’s mistake and wrote me out a summary sheet of all the repairs. And gave me a detailed explanation on what and why. This place is wonderful. Frank is great and someone who truly believes in customer service.
